How long does shipping take?

We ship via Royal Mail first class, delivery is next working day however this may be delayed by one extra day in some cases.


Are your controllers fast?

Our controllers come equipped with 4 speed modes of rapid fire. Speed 1 is reserved for games such as COD 5 where the rapid fire is limited (however still very fast) speed 2 and 3 are varied speeds and speed 4 operates as fast as the game will allow.

Can I return the controller?

If you wish to return you controller, this is fine however we will charge for shipping fees.
The controller must be return unused within 7 days.

Do you offer warranty?

Yes, we offer  parts and labour warranty on all of our products however there are limitations:

1 Year- includes trigger controllers
2 months - button controllers

1. If you are claiming warranty on a kit it the parts must not be damaged, however we can replace parts for a small fee.

2.  If claiming warranty on a ready made or mod service controller, only the parts in the kit are covered. If the controller has a fault unrelated to the mod, it will be returned.

3. All mod services include our standard parts and labour warranty.

4. The controller must not be opened, opening the controller will void the warranty.

5. Warranty does not include patches added to games to prevent rapid fire.

Rapidfirecontroller.co.uk warranty covers parts and labour for up to 60 days from purchase. The warranty does not cover the actual controller, however does cover and parts added and the labour service.
